Anne Beaver and her late husband
Harvey loved everything about
South Florida when they first
started visiting our tropical paradise
while on multiple vacations in the
1990s.
So enamored were they of the region,
when Harvey, a pediatric dentist, and
Anne, a psychotherapist, retired from
their full-time jobs in West Bloomfield,
Michigan in the early 2000s, they spent
the next several years as regular winter
snowbirds.
