Led by Residents Enriched by Experience at Wellington Bay

At Wellington Bay, residents play an active role in shaping the vibrant programming that defines daily life in the community. With a wide range of interests, residents are encouraged to share ideas and make requests which the team works to bring to life. The result is a dynamic calendar
that reflects the voices, talents, and curiosity of the people who call Wellington Bay home.

Although we bring in outside experts, residents also lead programs themselves, drawing from fascinating backgrounds and professional expertise. There are resident-run clubs for travel, technology, investment, wine, knitting, and more. Resident fitness buffs teach programs including pool classes and tai chi, creating opportunities for connection and shared enthusiasm.
