Alzheimer’s affects over 6 million Americans. Of these 6 million, 1 in 9 people are aged 65 or older.
At Wellington Bay, we’re doing our part to offer quality Alzheimer’s care near West Palm Beach, FL to make a difference in the lives of seniors battling the disease.
This weekend, our staff and residents joined to do what we can to unite with our Alzheimer’s community by attending the West Palm Beach Alzheimer’s Walk. An event held annually in 600+ communities nationwide, the Alzheimer’s Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s brings people of all backgrounds together to embrace one mission: taking action against memory loss.
As part of our dedication to providing quality care for our residents with memory challenges, our community is proud to have participated in raising money and enjoying a great day for a great cause.
