Kathy Rousos’ passion for senior living began while finding communities for her grandmother and later her mother. The combination of her personal and professional experience gives her a unique perspective as 
a senior living advisor at Wellington Bay.
She enjoys educating prospective residents and helping them identify their best lifestyle solutions. “In addition to sales, leading outreach efforts with local organizations and businesses with the goals of enhancing residents’ lifestyle and benefitting the community.”
Kathy’s professional career includes sales, marketing and communications. Her experience is in the following industries: senior living, healthcare IS, consumer product development, online education and real estate.
Originally from Rochester, NY, Kathy moved with her family to Pittsburgh, PA. She attended Ohio University earning a BS in Communications. She relocated to Southern Palm Beach County in the 1980s and enjoys kayaking, cycling and hiking in Florida.
