Meet Our Plant Director of Operations

Eddie Gorvetzian is the new Plant Director of Operations for Wellington Bay. Eddie is a firm believer in a lead by example management style. A true believer in first impressions and making them memorable for our residents, families and their guests.
Eddie was born in Jackson Heights, New York. He has lived there for most of his childhood and currently continues to visit family yearly. He has been married for nearly 13 years to his lovely wife, Cassie, and recently moved to the Loxahatchee area. They both absolutely love animals. They currently have three dogs, 2 German Shepherds and a Golden Retriever, along with 2 cats.
Eddie is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration. Eddie has worked in the Healthcare industry for nearly 15 years in multiple capacities and has developed a successful track record as it pertains to Life Safety, Maintenance, and Housekeeping services within the industry.
