Meet Our Director of Dining

Timothy D’Antuono has over 30 years of experience working in high end country clubs and retirement communities. Experience includes multiple start up properties as Executive Chef or Culinary Director. He is originally from New York. He moved to Palm Beach Florida in 2001 where his family currently resides. His family includes with his wife Christine and 3 children, Tim Jr., Megan and Jake.
Tim has a degree from SUNY Farmingdale College for Hotel Restaurant Management. In addition, is Pro Chef Certified from The Culinary Institute of America. Tim is looking forward to bringing extensive past experience and best practices, including working with local farmers, and purveyors to make Wellington Bay’s dining program the Premiere Culinary experience in Retirement living.
