Julie Ann Smolansky
Julie Ann Smolansky, Director of Life Enrichment, brings over 35 years of experience in activities and special events, including work in municipal settings, over 55 communities, country clubs, and hotels. She has over a decade of experience in senior living and is passionate about creating engaging and meaningful experiences for residents. Julie Ann earned her undergraduate degree in Leisure and Recreation from Boston University and went on to receive her Master of Education from Springfield College. Originally from Massachusetts, she is married to Jeff, and is the proud mother of a son, Jace and daughter, Jayla.
Culinary Services Director
Timothy D’Antuono
Timothy D’Antuono is originally from New York. He moved to Palm Beach Florida in 2001 where he currently resides with his wife Christine, 3 children, Tim Jr., Megan and Jake. Timothy has over 30 years of experience working in high end country clubs and retirement communities including multiple start up properties in the capacity of Executive Chef and Culinary Director. He attended SUNY Farmingdale College for Hotel Restaurant Management and holds a pro chef certification from the Culinary Institute of America. He Iooks forward to bringing his extensive past experience and best practices, including working with local farmers, and purveyors to make Wellington Bay a premiere retirement community.

Barbara Kelley
Barbara Kelley brings over 25 years of dedicated experience to Wellington Bay as our Sales and Marketing Director. With a proven track record of driving occupancy growth and fostering strong community relationships, Barbara is passionate about connecting seniors and their families with the exceptional lifestyle and care offered at Wellington Bay. Originally from New York, Barbara grew up on Florida’s Space Coast and has an undergraduate degree from the University of Florida in psychology. She is married to Ed and they have two grown children, Christopher and Marissa and two grandchildren, Jason and Blair.

Melissa Clark
Melissa Clark is a trailblazer in the health and wellness industry with over 25 years of experience as a fitness and wellness instructor, coach, and director. Known for her holistic, heart-centered approach, Melissa is deeply passionate about empowering others to thrive in every dimension of wellness – physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. She is highly active in the community and beyond, teaching yoga and Pilates locally and leading transformative retreats worldwide. Throughout her career, Melissa has inspired countless individuals to live their most amazing lives with purpose, passion, and vitality. At Wellington Bay, she creates innovative programs that build strength, resilience, and joy from the inside out, fostering a vibrant community and culture where everyone feels supported to be their healthiest, happiest selves.

Lori Eisele
With over 25 years if experience in life enrichment, Lori Eisele is a passionate advocate for older adults. As a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS), she brings a deep understanding of the physical, emotional, and cognitive needs of seniors. Her innovative approach to recreational programming has consistently fostered engagement, purpose, and joy in the community she serves. She was born in raised in Philadelphia, Pennslyviana and moved to South Florida for the coral reef, and rich marine life.
Assisted Living & Memory Care Sales Director
Richard Thomas
Richard Thomas is the Sales and Marketing Director for Lisbet at Wellington Bay assisted living. He brings 20 years of experience in senior living. Richard originally started in senior living as a food and beverage director and later moved into sales and marketing. The heartfelt connections with the residents and their families have enriched his life. Richard is originally from Oklahoma, where he attended Oklahoma State University as an undergraduate in marketing. Besides his passion for working with seniors, he has had a lifelong involvement with the Boy Scouts of America and has over 200 nights of camping, and is a proud father of an Eagle Scout, his son Connor. He is married to Katie, who is a musical theater performer and music teacher here in Palm Beach County.
Administrator of Lisbet at Willington Bay
Gita Anderson
With a long-standing career dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors, Anderson brings a wealth of experience and a deep-seated passion for providing exceptional care and fostering vibrant communities.
Anderson joins Wellington Bay and Lisbet Memory Care with more than 15 years of experience in senior living leadership roles. Her professional background includes serving as Executive Director and Operations Specialist at Wickshire Tamarac and Atria Tamarac, where she was responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations, ensuring resident satisfaction, and driving strong financial performance.
Prior to that, she spent years as a Memory Care Program Director and Alzheimer’s Trainer at Brookdale and Emeritus Senior Living, where she developed and implemented programs for residents with dementia, trained staff, and provided critical support to families.
In addition to her professional experience, Anderson is a State of Florida Alzheimer’s Trainer and a State of Florida ALF Core Certified Administrator. She is also affiliated with the Alzheimer’s Association – South Florida Chapter.
“Senior living is personal to me. It’s taught me patience, resilience, and how powerful simple human connection can be,” said Anderson. “Together, we create an environment where people can age with dignity, find joy in daily moments, and know they’re not alone. I’m grateful every day to know I can make a difference in the lives of our residents and staff.”
